RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Heaven Grind® piece. If something isn't right, we've got you.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.
