SHIPPING POLICY

At Heaven Grind®, every order is handled with care and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes between 7–14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as customs delays.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Orders We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
